Saturday, December 8, 2012 was the annual downtown Chattanooga Holiday Starlight Parade. Although it was December, the weather was only mildly cool and very dry. In other words, it was a perfect evening for a perfect Christmas Parade. (Actually, I should say Christmas parades since the boat parade was right after the street parade).
