The city of Chattanooga has decided to combine the Holiday Starlight Parade with the Lighted Boat Parade. In addition to combining the parades, and thanks to a nice donation from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 175 (IBEW), the city will be shooting off fireworks from Renaissance Park. The Lighted Boat Parade will take place between Veterans Memorial and the Olgiati Bridges. Fireworks begin at 8 pm.
